Additional Details Grid Reference - SX 560847 Directions A35 to Bridport, B3152 to Burton Bradstock & Abbotsbury, turn right into Cleverlawns Road just before reaching Abbotsbury down to Chesil Beach Car Park Driving time 1hr 30min. (46 miles) Additional Information This walk on a clear day will give extensive coastal views from Lyme Regis to Weymouth, Portland & beyond, inland there will be views of the Dorset Downs & beyond to Hardy’s Monument. The walk has along uphill walk, a shorter downhill with the small challenge of walking a little on Chesil Beach. The carpark charge is £6 for 6hrs as it is summer time, similar to carparks in Devon. West Bexington charges £15 for any time over 4hrs. The carpark does have toilets & a café.
